When accidents happen
There are only two types of accidents: somebody else's fault or your own. Which ever is the case Sandown Coachworks can help.
If your accident was someone else's fault our accident management partner will work on your behalf submitting all of your claim forms and dealing with all of the other party's insurers. They will also arrange for a replacement car and make any other personal injury claims on your behalf. All of the expenses will be collected from the other party's insurers and your no claims bonus will be protected.
If the accident was your fault we can guide you through the insurance claim and even submit it on your behalf. Once approved we will repair your car making sure our repair allows you to retain the balance of any manufacturers warranty on your vehicle.
If you need help with your claim form we can assist and even submit it on your behalf to your insurer obtaining authorisation if required. If you choose not to claim on your insurance policy we will raise an estimate for the repairs and commence work as soon as you have approved our costs.
When you car is ready we will clean it and call you for collection arrangements, all you have to pay for is the insurance claim. If you decided not to claim on your insurance you will be asked to pay the estimated amount plus or minus any changes that have been agreed during the work. All estimates are plus VAT.
